Kelly Tsai

Kelly Tsai previously served as a court clerk at the Keelung District Court, assisting in more than 1,500 cases and gaining extensive experience in criminal procedure and trial preparation. She has also provided litigation-support services and has handled legal consultations and procedural guidance for over 3,000 civil matters.

Throughout her legal career, Tsai has managed a wide range of cases, with particular expertise in family litigation and related disputes, including divorce, post-divorce asset division, child custody, visitation arrangements, and child-support matters. She has completed the training program for family mediation and has successfully assisted over 100 clients in resolving disputes through mediation or pre-litigation negotiation.
She also has more than 500 litigation cases of practical experience, supported by strong courtroom capability and meticulous case management.
